London, Ontario hockey training pro shares off-ice drill to improve backward skating.

The idea for this post came from a question that I received from one of our readers who lives in Scandanavia -maybe you had the same question.  He wanted to know if there were any off-ice agility drills that I used to work on backward cross-overs.  As luck would have it, I do have some nice off-ice drills that will help this, so today I am sharing one of those with you.  Check out the video below:
