Hockey Goalies & Skaters will like this lateral quickness drill

I love simple – do not worry about the minutia until you have mastered all of the big things! Here is a nice simple drill that will improve your quickness and give you a nice dose of lateral power training. Great for training both goalies and skaters and requiring minimal equipment.
