Top Three Hip Stretches for Hockey Goalies

I get more questions about improving hip flexibility for hockey goalies than any other hockey training topic.  I have dozens of mobility exercises that I like and this is not an exhaustive list.  I am assuming that all goalies are doing some form of seated groin stretch, hamstring stretches, some form of standing groin stretch and some quad stretching.  I tried to include in this article and video the three hip stretches for goalies that you are probably not doing.
