This is not hockey specific training.

But if you are not currently doing any off-ice strength and conditioning, it is a great place to start.  The Simply Shredded 2010 Fitness Challenge starts February 1st (I am releasing it today actually).  Basically I am asking you to workout 20-minutes per day, five days per week for 28 days.  You can learn more about it in the video below and then go over to for more updates and to get started.  It is FREE!!!
