Cool to hear that you are playing hockey in Mexico City – you must get some looks carrying your gear through town. Anyway, to answer your question, most of my stuff is geared toward goalie training, but even the stuff that is for skaters can help improve your athleticism. I don’t think it will make you a worse goalie. Does that help?
