Two new TRX exercises to build hockey player’s hips.

Hi Gang,

As we approach the end of a busy week I wanted to quickly post a few new off ice training exercises to help you build strong hips.  These two TRX exercises help hockey players build the outside of the hip (striding muscles) and your core/groin muscles (stabilizing and recovery).  Check them out – the video is only 40 seconds long!
