Hi Gang,
Check out this video showing you a 3-step approach to improving hip function in hockey goalies and skaters. Do you ever get an achy back when you play hockey? We often think automatically that our back must be weak, but it could be that your hip is not functioning properly and this is causing back to work harder than it should. I am pretty sure there are a couple of exercises in this video that you have never seen before – and at least one that you will not want to do at the gym!
Cheers,
Maria

The nutrition guide is actually an added bonus that I send out after a couple of weeks on the program. I want the athletes to focus on one thing at a time – so start on the training schedule and then bring in the nutrition component. If you do not receive the nutrition guide within a couple of weeks, or if you really want to get your hands on it right away, you can email info@revolutionconditioning.com and we will take care of you.
Cheers,
Maria
To whom it may concern,
My son and I just started to read the ultimate goalie training. In the introduction goal setting and testing, on page 10 it say’s “Choose quality food to eat for each meal based on the guidelines provided in this manual. In exchange I will get one cheat day per week”.
We cannot find this in anywhere. Are we missing a section?

Steve Ross
