A FREE 14-Day Flexibility Challenge for Hockey Goalies

Free Flexibility Exercises for GoaliesGood Morning gang!  This is a quick post to tell you about a new free report and video with flexibility exercises for goalies that I have put together over the past couple of months.  This is the new download that goalies will get when they opt in to the GoalieTrainingPro.com insider’s list.  If you receive information from me via email, then you are already a member of this select group.

You probably got a copy of my Core Training for Hockey Players manual when you signed up.  This new report is targeted directly toward the unique demands of goaltending so you may want to add it to your toolbox as well.  The Ultimate Guide to Flexible and Durable Hips for Goalies includes a video demonstrating each exercise and a training manual (in PDF format) that tells you exactly how to implement these exercises into your routine.  I challenge you to give it a try for just 14-days (spending less than 10-minutes per day) and notice what a dramatic difference you will see on the ice with just a small change to your routine off the ice.  Even if this is the only off-ice training you do – I guarantee you will see a difference.

This new report is part of my MISSION that I told you about a few weeks ago.  In case you forgot, my mission is:

To help 10,000 goalies win more games with fewer injuries, even if you do not have the genetic gifts or natural talent of you competitors.

I know that if a goalie follows the 14-Day Flexibility Challenge included in the Ultimate Guide to Flexible and Durable Hips for Goalies that they will improve their performance and reduce their risk of injury, so that takes me one step closer to my goal.  I can also monitor my progress toward achieving my goal, by the number of goalies who have downloaded these flexibility exercises for goalies.

Please do not hoard this information, if you know of any other players who may benefit from this goalie specific flexibility program, then please send them this link – Flexibility Exercises for Goalies so they can play better and I can move closer to my goal.

Now, I have tried to set up my email list so that you will be removed from one list if you sign up for the new report (which will put you on a new mailing list).  However, if you have purchased products in the past you may still receive duplicate emails because you, my friend exist on yet another list altogether.  This is so I can send you links to special promotions and free upgrades like I did last year when I released the new UGT 2.0.  At the bottom of every email I send there is an unsubscribe link, so you can get the new free download with flexibility exercises for goalies and then unsubscribe if you find you are getting duplicate emails.  Does that sound fair?

That’s right – do those two workouts consistently for 14-days and you will be pleasantly surprised. I only give you the info you need to make significant changes, don’t want to give you a 47 page PDF with a bunch of filler so you think you are getting your money’s worth…I just give you what you need. You are welcome!
    Cheers,
    Maria

    Hi,

I downloaded your pdf guide, but I only see “Day One” and “Day Two”. Is this intended, or is my pdf somehow broken? My pdf has 16 pages. Thanks a lot in advance :)

Maybe if you give me some more details on your issue I can point you in the right direction. I just checked the video and the download, the links are intact. I would be happy to help you out once I have a better understanding of the issue you are encountering.
    Cheers,
    Maria

I am having trouble getting the flex and durable hips to download. I must be missing something.
