An experiment in techno-wizardry & forearm strength for goalies

Hope your week is off to a great start so far. As I mentioned in the title of this post, this is a bit of an experiment in techno-wizardry. As you know, Paul & I are off to Ireland and the UK for a couple weeks leaving next week and I am trying to decide whether I need to lug my computer along or if I can keep up with just the iPad and a keyboard. So this post is a bit of an experiment.

For those of you who are travelers, please hit me with your two (or 5) cents worth and let me know what you think. Will I be good to go with the iPad, or should I throw in a netbook just to be safe – let me know in the comments section below please.

Okay, on to the business at hand – I had a question from one of you about the feeling that the stick is twisting in your hand when making a stick save on a slapshot. Some of this could be from grip strength and some could be forearm strength so I wanted to share a video on forearm strengthening that should help you out.

So, I just found a site that shows me how to generate an embed code from a YouTube url – you will know it works if you see a video here….

…Isn’t that thrilling?

Here is the link to the video I am trying to embed….
