Q&A: Front Squats, Cardio For Goalies, Rest Between Sets

Dug deep into the mail bag to answer some of your questions from the comfort of our back deck yesterday afternoon.  Still basking in the glow of the U2 concert at Madison Square Garden on Friday night (I will tell you about that in a second).

…And now the important part

2015-07-31 21.49.17Three words – Best. Weekend. Ever!!

That is how I describe our trip to NYC to see the final night of the North American leg of the U2 tour.  At first I thought it was a little too crazy – spend the money to go there, tickets, hotel… maybe it was too much.  Thankfully, I didn’t listen to myself.

Money well spent – such a great experience.  Probably the 10th time I have seen them live and it was the best ever.  The 2015-07-31 21.55.27played my favourite song (which they never play live) – “Party Girl” and to top it off, Springsteen came out to sing “Still Haven’t Found” with them.  Mind. Blown!

So work hard and when the time comes – go for it – don’t by shy to live out loud!
