The Ultimate Goalie Training 3.0 is for goalies who are ready to follow a pro-style training program and get the extra coaching a pro needs.You get a pro-style step-by-step goalie specific training program – this one builds to a very intense program only for the most dedicated goalies will complete. You better be prepared to commit 1-1.5 hours per day, five days per week to your development if you get this one. It is for serious goalies only.
This option is for goalies who are looking to get drafted, turn pro or earn a scholarship in the next 5-years or less. The ones who need custom program design to make it (or stay) at the highest level. This is a limited enrolment program.The lucky few in this group get phone coaching via Skype, they are eligible for in-person coaching at the Revolution Studio in London, ON and they get custom training program design to suit their needs, time, equipment and goals.
